How long does delivery take?
- International orders: 7–10 business days
- Domestic (UAE) orders: 2 business days
- Same-day delivery (Dubai): Available for local customers
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress. If you have any issues, contact our support team.

What is your return policy?
We offer a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

What type of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% Remy human hair the highest quality standard. Our hair is cuticle-aligned, meaning all cuticles face the same direction, which prevents tangling and matting. We offer Virgin (unprocessed) and Raw (single-donor, unprocessed) hair options.
What textures do you offer?
We offer four main textures:
- Straight - Sleek, silky, and elegant
- Wavy (Body Wave) - Soft, beachy waves with natural movement
- Curly - Defined, bouncy curls
- Kinky Curly - Bold, voluminous texture for natural-looking styles
What lengths are available?
Our extensions are available in lengths ranging from 14 inches to 30 inches.
Can I dye or color the hair?
Yes! Our Virgin and Raw hair can be dyed, bleached, and colored just like your natural hair. For best results, we recommend having a professional colorist handle any major color changes.
How long will my hair last?
With proper care:
- Remy Hair: 6 -12 months
- Virgin Hair: 12 - 24 months
- Raw Hair: 2+ years
Care & Maintenance
How do I care for my extensions?
We recommend:
- Washing every 1–2 weeks with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner
- Air-drying when possible
- Using heat protectant before styling
- Storing in a breathable silk or satin pouch
- Brushing gently from ends to roots with a wide-tooth comb
Can I sleep in my extensions?
For sew-in or tape-in extensions, braid your hair loosely or wrap it in a silk scarf before bed to prevent tangling.
